How much does house cleaning cost in Dubai?
Hourly cleaning costs AED 35 per hour per cleaner, plus AED 10 per hour if we bring materials and tools. The minimum is 2 hours per visit. Deep cleaning has a fixed price by unit size: from AED 349 for a studio and AED 449 for a one-bedroom flat, up to AED 1,449 for a five-bedroom villa, materials included. Mazaya is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
